šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Delivery Operations Manager - Philippines Remote, you will lead and manage our delivery operations from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer experience, efficient logistics, and high-quality food production. You will oversee delivery routes, manage our network of drivers, and collaborate with restaurant teams to meet customer delivery expectations. Reporting to the Director of Delivery Operations, you will have a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute delivery operations strategies to drive customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, and restaurant productivity.
Manage and optimize delivery routes, schedules, and driver performance to meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with restaurant teams to ensure high-quality food production, accurate orders, and timely delivery.
Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Foster open communication with drivers, restaurant teams, and dispatchers to resolve delivery-related issues and improve customer experience.
Conduct regular training and coaching for delivery drivers to ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in delivery management, logistics, or a related field with a proven track record of success.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and software applications relevant to delivery operations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to travel up to 20% for training and meetings.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience with delivery operations management software, such as RouteXL or similar tools.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau.
Familiarity with the Philippine transportation industry and delivery regulations.
