As a Digital Content Marketing Specialist for Corporate Partnerships, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement and loyalty among Kroger's corporate partners. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content that showcases the value and benefits of partnering with Kroger. Your focus will be on creating a seamless customer experience across digital channels, from email and social media to our website and mobile app. You will report to the Director of Marketing and will have a significant impact on our corporate partnerships strategy.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, create, and execute content marketing campaigns that align with Kroger's corporate partnerships strategy and objectives. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and corporate partnerships teams to develop content that resonates with our partners and customers. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our marketing, sales, and corporate partnerships teams. Conduct market research and trend analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest content marketing best practices. Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with our internal creative team to develop visual content, including graphics, videos, and animations. Create engaging email campaigns that drive conversions and increase customer loyalty. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content is optimized for each platform. Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure timely and efficient content distribution.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

4+ years of experience in digital content marketing, preferably in a corporate partnerships or business-to-business (B2B) setting. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience with content marketing automation tools, such as Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize content performance. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize website code. Familiarity with our CRM system, Salesforce.

This role comes with a base salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
