šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Digital Customer Onboarding Specialist is a critical role within our digital banking team, responsible for streamlining the onboarding process for new customers. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that enhance the customer experience. They will report to the Digital Experience Manager and will have a significant impact on improving customer satisfaction and reducing onboarding costs. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for digital innovation.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Digital Customer Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining digital onboarding flows and workflows.
Collaborating with stakeholders to design and implement new digital products and features.
Analyzing customer feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Working with the development team to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve product bugs.
Participating in Agile development methodologies to ensure timely delivery of digital solutions.
Providing excellent customer service and support to new customers through multiple channels.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you must have:
3+ years of experience in digital onboarding, customer experience, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with Agile development methodologies and digital product development.
Expertise in digital transformation and customer experience design.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and customer feedback.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
Experience with digital banking platforms and mobile app development.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques.
Certification in customer experience design or a related field.
