🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Experience Architect will play a critical role in shaping our guest experience strategy across all digital touchpoints. This individual will report directly to the Director of Digital Experience and work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions. The Digital Experience Architect will have a significant impact on driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights and customer-centric design thinking.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and deliver end-to-end digital product roadmaps that align with business objectives and guest needs.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our guests' behaviors, preferences, and pain points across digital channels.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of digital products.

Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions and measure user experience.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital experience design.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

Ensure compliance with Hilton's brand guidelines, design systems, and digital standards.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in digital product design, experience strategy, or a related field.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or InVision.

Strong understanding of human-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Experience with A/B testing, user research, and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in design or a related field.

3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Certification in UX design, product management, or a related field.

Experience with Agile methodologies and lean startup principles.

Familiarity with web development and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €78,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous vacation days.
