🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Experience Architect for Cross-Platform Solutions, you will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end digital experiences that meet the needs of our customers. Working closely with our cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital platforms, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices and channels. You will report directly to the Director of Digital Experience and will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate with the product development team to design and implement cross-platform digital experiences, ensuring consistency and high-quality user experiences.

- Work closely with the UX/UI designers to develop and refine the user experience, ensuring that our digital platforms meet the needs of our customers.

- Develop and maintain technical requirements and specifications for digital product development, including wireframes, prototypes, and functional requirements.

- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and improve digital experiences.

- Develop and implement testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that our digital platforms meet our high standards.

- Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement content strategies that enhance digital experiences.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve our digital platforms and user experiences.

- Develop and maintain documentation, including technical requirements, design specifications, and test cases.

- Collaborate with our development teams to implement design solutions and ensure seamless integration with our digital platforms.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in digital experience architecture, design, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Expert-level understanding of digital platforms, including web, mobile, and emerging technologies.

- Strong understanding of user experience principles and design methodologies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with design tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.

- Experience with testing and quality assurance processes, including test case development and execution.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Experience with cloud-based digital platforms, including AWS and Azure.

- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks, such as React or Angular.

- Experience with design systems and their implementation.

- Certification in UX/UI design or a related field.
