🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Experience Designer on our Omnichannel Transformation team, you will play a key role in shaping the digital user experience for our clients. You will work closely with our design and technology teams to design and implement intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences across various channels, including websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms. You will report directly to our Design Director and will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, creativity and continuous learning. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our clients' digital experiences are seamless, engaging and meet their evolving needs.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and develop user-centered digital experiences that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, technology and project management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and improve user experience.

• Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all digital channels.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies and industry developments to ensure our digital experiences are cutting-edge and relevant.

• Work with our technology teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements with technical requirements.

• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with clients, stakeholders and team members.

• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain knowledge of Conduent's services and solutions to effectively communicate their value to clients and stakeholders.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in digital experience design, preferably in a consulting or agency environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.

• Strong portfolio of digital experience design work that showcases your skills and expertise.

• Excellent design skills, including proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field.

• Experience with design systems and design standards.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools.

• Certification in design or related field, such as UX Design or Human-Computer Interaction.

• Experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and clients.

• Familiarity with Conduent's services and solutions.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Conduent offers a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
