šŸŽÆ ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Experience Manager at Ulta Beauty, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our omnichannel customer experience strategy across web, mobile, and in-store experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless and engaging interactions across all touchpoints. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, you will be accountable for delivering business results and driving digital innovation.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform digital experience initiatives.

• Collaborate with UX designers and product managers to design and implement intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences.

• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate digital experiences with in-store experiences, ensuring a cohesive brand message.

• Analyze and optimize digital metrics, including conversion rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction.

• Lead the development and execution of A/B testing and experimentation to drive digital innovation.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for future digital initiatives.

• Develop and manage digital experience dashboards to inform business decisions.

• Develop and maintain content calendars for digital experiences, ensuring a cohesive brand voice.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate digital experiences with marketing campaigns.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, marketing, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing and executing omnichannel customer experience strategies.

• Strong understanding of customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Ability to analyze and interpret digital metrics and provide actionable insights.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.

• Familiarity with UX design principles and user-centered design.

• Proficiency in digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

• Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Experience working in the beauty or retail industry.

• Certification in digital marketing or UX design.

Ulta Beauty offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
