π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Health IT Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, you will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact IT projects that transform the way we provide healthcare services. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, from initiation to delivery.
Your expertise will drive business outcomes, and your collaborative approach will foster strong relationships with stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to apply your technical skills and project management expertise to drive meaningful change.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
* Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-priority IT projects, leveraging Agile methodologies and best practices.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop project requirements.
* Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery.
* Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
* Conduct project status updates, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
* Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
* Ensure compliance with Kaiser Permanente's IT project management standards and industry best practices.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with a focus on healthcare or a related industry.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Certified Project Manager (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.
* Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
* Strong technical skills, including knowledge of healthcare IT systems and data analytics.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Experience with healthcare IT solutions, including electronic health records and telehealth platforms.
* Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.
