🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Innovation Manager for Renewable Energy Solutions, you will lead the development and implementation of digital solutions that drive the adoption of renewable energy, reduce carbon emissions, and enhance customer experience. Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch innovative products and services that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your impact will be measured by the successful deployment of digital solutions that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a digital innovation strategy that aligns with PG&E's corporate goals and objectives

• Lead the design and development of digital solutions that drive the adoption of renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, design, and implement innovative products and services

• Identify and prioritize digital innovation opportunities that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience

• Develop and manage partnerships with external organizations, startups, and vendors to accelerate digital innovation

• Provide thought leadership on digital innovation trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and learning within the organization

• Analyze data and metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of digital solutions

• Develop and manage digital innovation budgets and resources

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital innovation, product management, or related field

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Proven track record of leading digital innovation initiatives that drive business growth and customer satisfaction

• Strong understanding of renewable energy, clean tech, and sustainability

• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies, design thinking, and lean startup principles

• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, data analytics, and artificial intelligence

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field

• Experience with digital transformation, innovation, and change management

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to renewable energy and clean tech

• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance regulations

• Experience with collaboration tools, such as Trello, Asana, or Jira

• Certification in digital innovation, product management, or related field

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

PG&E offers a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
