šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Automation Manager, you will play a key role in leading the development and implementation of our e-commerce and loyalty programmes. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase sales, and foster loyalty among our customers. You will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your success will directly impact our revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute marketing strategies for e-commerce and loyalty programmes, including email campaigns, social media promotions, and influencer partnerships. Design and implement automated workflows using marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot. Collaborate with our product team to integrate marketing automation with our e-commerce platform. Analyze customer behaviour and preferences to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. Work with our data analytics team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to drive business growth. Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our marketing strategies.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation and e-commerce. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot. Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics or Tableau. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing or a related field. Experience working with e-commerce platforms, such as Magento or Shopify. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce. Certification in marketing automation or a related field. Experience with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing campaigns.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, a retirement plan, and 25 days of vacation leave per year.
