šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
This Digital Marketing Automation Specialist will play a key role in driving the success of Domino's digital marketing efforts, leveraging innovative marketing automation strategies to engage customers, improve customer experiences, and drive sales growth. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and execute marketing automation campaigns that meet or exceed business objectives. This role will be responsible for analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing automation workflows to drive maximum ROI.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns to drive customer engagement, improve customer experience, and increase sales growth.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute email, mobile, and social media marketing campaigns.
⢠Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing automation workflows to drive maximum ROI.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation, making recommendations for process improvements and new technologies.
⢠Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing automation strategy that aligns with business objectives.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring seamless integration of marketing automation tools and services.
⢠Conduct regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
⢠Work closely with the IT team to ensure integration of marketing automation tools with existing systems and processes.
⢠Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
⢠Participate in regular team meetings, providing input and feedback on marketing automation strategies and campaigns.
⢠Contribute to the development of a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the digital marketing team.
⢠Develop and maintain documentation of marketing automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on marketing automation.
⢠Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot.
⢠Strong understanding of email, mobile, and social media marketing channels.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data analytics tools to drive decision-making.
⢠Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior-level stakeholders.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
⢠Certification in marketing automation, such as Marketo Certified Associate.
⢠Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
⢠Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
