šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Manager - E-commerce Growth Specialist at Domino's, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns to drive online sales and customer engagement. Reporting to the Head of E-commerce, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, identify growth opportunities, and optimize our e-commerce platform. Your impact will be measured by your ability to increase online orders, improve customer retention, and enhance the overall customer experience.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive e-commerce growth, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Analyze customer behavior and preferences to inform marketing decisions and optimize the customer journey.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to design and launch new features and products on our online platform.
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
- Work with the content team to develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Collaborate with the analytics team to track and analyze customer behavior, preferences, and purchase history.
- Develop and execute A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize marketing performance.
- Provide recommendations to the Head of E-commerce on marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful marketing campaigns.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that drive e-commerce growth.
- Experience with email marketing, social media, and paid advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.

- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software.
- Certification in digital marketing or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
