As a Digital Marketing Manager for Franchise Operations, you'll play a critical role in driving the digital marketing strategy for our UK franchise network, working closely with our marketing and operations teams. You'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You'll also provide expert guidance and support to our franchisees on digital marketing best practices, ensuring consistent brand experience across all locations.

šŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness across our UK franchise network

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and franchisee needs

Provide expert guidance and support to franchisees on digital marketing best practices, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising

Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform marketing decisions

Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our marketing efforts remain innovative and effective

Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to secure the best possible deals and services for our franchisees

Manage a budget to deliver marketing projects and campaigns on time and within budget

Maintain accurate records of marketing activities, including campaign performance, budget spend, and ROI analysis

Contribute to the development and implementation of franchisee engagement and loyalty programs

Support the development and maintenance of our franchisee website and other digital assets

āœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, driving sales and brand awareness

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with franchisees, marketing teams, and external partners

Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment

Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot

Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and InDesign
