π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Manager for the German Tourism Industry at Marriott, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our hospitality services to German-speaking customers. You will work closely with our international teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and design effective marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will have a significant impact on the growth and revenue of our German tourism business.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach German-speaking customers, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies. Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance. Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling marketing content, including images, videos, and copy. Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI and maximize revenue. Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future campaigns. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to ensure Marriott remains competitive in the market.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on multi-channel campaigns and team leadership. Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving campaign performance. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment. Fluency in German and English is required. Experience with marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or HubSpot, and familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
A master's degree in Marketing or a related field. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on team leadership and campaign strategy. Experience working with external agencies and partners to execute marketing campaigns. Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Knowledge of the German tourism industry and trends in digital marketing.
