π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering high-impact digital marketing campaigns for our DAX-30 index focus. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead the development and implementation of marketing operations strategies, processes, and procedures to support the growth of our digital channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to drive business results and improve customer experiences.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement marketing operations strategies, processes, and procedures to support the growth of our digital channels.
Lead the analysis of marketing performance data to inform business decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
Manage and maintain our marketing automation platform, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system and other marketing tools.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, marketing analytics, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Marketo or Pardot.
Expert-level skills in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including experience with tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools, such as Optimizely or VWO.
Familiarity with cloud-based marketing platforms, such as Salesforce or Adobe Marketing Cloud.

We offer a competitive salary range of EUR 55,000 - EUR 75,000 per year, depending on experience.
