šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager for Omnichannel Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of our omnichannel marketing strategies, ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints. You will report directly to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the cross-functional team to drive business growth. Your expertise will help us deliver tailored customer experiences, driving brand loyalty and sales.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
⢠Collaborate with the data analytics team to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights to inform marketing decisions.
⢠Manage and optimize marketing automation tools, workflows, and campaigns, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
⢠Analyze customer journey maps and develop targeted content marketing strategies to engage and retain customers.
⢠Work closely with the e-commerce team to ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and product information across all channels.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
⢠Conduct regular reviews of marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
⢠Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including email, social media, and website content.
⢠Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
⢠Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring ROI alignment.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠5+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, with a focus on omnichannel retail or e-commerce.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
⢠Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale marketing campaigns.
⢠Expertise in marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive insights.
⢠Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
⢠Experience with A/B testing, personalization, and customer journey mapping.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Certification in marketing automation, such as Marketo Certified Associate or Pardot Certified Professional.
⢠Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
⢠Knowledge of data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
⢠Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
⢠Experience with agile project management methodologies.
