🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Marketing Specialist β€” E-commerce Strategy and Development for Walgreens Mexico, you will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, improving online customer experience, and driving sales growth. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, identify opportunities, and implement effective digital marketing campaigns. This role reports directly to our Marketing Director and will be a key member of our e-commerce team.

πŸ“‹ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

β€’ Develop and execute e-commerce strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.

β€’ Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and shopping habits to inform digital marketing campaigns.

β€’ Collaborate with our e-commerce and marketing teams to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns.

β€’ Design and develop email marketing campaigns, social media content, and paid advertising strategies.

β€’ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend analysis to stay up-to-date on industry developments.

β€’ Optimize and improve the user experience on our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.

β€’ Develop and maintain content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, and email newsletters.

β€’ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions.

β€’ Collaborate with our IT team to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce and digital marketing initiatives.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

β€’ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

β€’ Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies.

β€’ Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.

β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences.

β€’ Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

β€’ Fluency in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of Mexican culture and market trends.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

β€’ Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.

β€’ Experience with e-commerce platform development, such as Shopify or Magento.

β€’ Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) or similar certification.

β€’ Experience with data analysis tools, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.

β€’ Strong knowledge of Mexican e-commerce regulations and compliance.
