šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Marketing Strategy Lead, you will play a key role in developing and executing e-commerce growth strategies for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to drive business results and improve customer experience. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing data-driven strategies to drive e-commerce growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies for our clients, including market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Analyze website and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven strategies to drive e-commerce growth.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, ensuring effective use of resources.
Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce growth.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, and Adobe Commerce.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience with marketing automation tools, including Marketo and Pardot.
Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.

Competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
