🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Solutions Delivery Lead at Kaiser Permanente Germany, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational strategy by overseeing the development and implementation of digital solutions. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy innovative digital products that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Your expertise will drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain our competitive edge in the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for digital transformation.

• Lead agile teams through planning, execution, and delivery of digital solutions, incorporating Lean and DevOps methodologies.

• Conduct requirements gathering, create detailed project plans, and manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet project objectives.

• Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and continuous learning to drive technical advancements and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Collaborate with the IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions, leveraging APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms.

• Develop and implement metrics to measure success, monitor progress, and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

• Participate in vendor evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance management to ensure optimal vendor relationships.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or a related field.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital projects, with a focus on cloud-based platforms, APIs, and microservices.

• Strong technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and agile methodologies.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical data and communicate insights effectively.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing multiple tasks, and meeting deadlines in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Professional certifications in ITIL, Agile, or a related field, such as Scrum Master or Product Owner.

• Fluency in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working in the healthcare industry or a related field, such as Life Sciences or Medical Devices.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards, such as GDPR, HIPAA, or ICH-GCP.

• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.

• Certification in digital transformation, ITIL, or a related field, demonstrating expertise and commitment to professional development.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Internet of Things.

• Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or D3.js.
