šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
The Digital Solutions Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Chipotle's omnichannel customer experience strategy. Reporting to the Director of Digital Experience, this team member will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deploy digital solutions that enhance the customer's online and offline experience, drive loyalty, and increase sales. The Digital Solutions Lead will play a critical role in shaping Chipotle's digital future and ensuring seamless integration across all touchpoints.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute a comprehensive omnichannel strategy that aligns with Chipotle's business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-centered digital experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and consistent across all platforms.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful deployment of digital solutions, including mobile apps, websites, and kiosks.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future digital initiatives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies, making recommendations for innovation and improvement.
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and vendors.
- Conduct regular performance analytics to measure the success of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance to team members on digital best practices and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure secure and reliable digital infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the digital solutions budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in digital solutions, marketing, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful digital project management, with ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with digital platform development, including mobile apps, websites, and kiosks.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and technologies, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and market trends.
- Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms, including AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
- Certification in digital marketing or project management.
