🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Digital Solutions Manager — Latin America Retail Operations, you will play a crucial role in driving our e-commerce strategy and operations across Mexico. Reporting to our Director of Online Sales, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration of digital channels with our in-store experiences, improving customer engagement and conversion rates, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights and recommendations. Your expertise will help us stay ahead of the competition and maintain our position as a trusted and beloved brand in Mexico.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for Barnes & Noble Mexico, aligned with company goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital channels with in-store experiences, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

• Analyze customer behavior and shopping patterns to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

• Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve customer engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

• Work closely with our e-commerce platform provider to ensure smooth operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop targeted promotions, email campaigns, and social media strategies.

• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital retail.

• Develop and manage budgets for digital initiatives, ensuring ROI and alignment with company objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies, providing guidance on potential applications and impacts on our business.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in digital retail operations, e-commerce management, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer engagement, and enhancing operational efficiency in a digital retail environment.

• Expertise in e-commerce platform management, digital marketing, and data analysis.

• Strong understanding of customer behavior, shopping patterns, and market trends.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

• Fluent in Spanish and English, with proficiency in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience with Magento, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.

• Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).

• Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
