🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our clients in the German market. You will work closely with our sales, delivery, and customer success teams to design and implement cutting-edge digital solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Reporting to the Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives, developing solution blueprints, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. Your expertise will help us deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions that drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead digital transformation initiatives for clients in the German market, working closely with sales, delivery, and customer success teams to ensure successful project execution.

- Develop solution blueprints and technical roadmaps to meet client needs and objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet customer needs.

- Work with clients to identify business challenges and develop tailored solutions to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.

- Provide expertise in digital transformation, IoT, AI, and cybersecurity to drive business outcomes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our solutions and services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted solutions to meet customer needs.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles to support the delivery of digital solutions.

- Participate in business planning and forecasting to ensure accurate resource allocation and delivery.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related field.

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven expertise in digital transformation, IoT, AI, and cybersecurity.

- Strong experience in solution design, architecture, and implementation.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Experience working with clients in the German market, including knowledge of local regulations and market trends.

- Familiarity with Cisco's products and services a plus.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in a leadership role or as a technical lead on digital transformation projects.

- Certification in digital transformation, IT strategy, or related field (e.g. CCNP, CCIE).

- Strong experience in DevOps, agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g. Splunk, Tableau).

- Familiarity with Cisco's digital transformation offerings and services.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

As a Digital Transformation Architect at Cisco, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per annum, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and vacation days.
