🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Consultant — Financial Services Lead, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation initiatives across our financial services division. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth, improve customer experience, and enhance operational efficiency. You will be reporting to the Head of Financial Services and will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement digital transformation strategies across our financial services division.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Design and implement customer-facing digital solutions, including mobile apps, website, and online channels.

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.

Analyze business performance and provide insights to inform decision-making.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital transformation.

Develop and manage digital transformation budgets and resource plans.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of digital solutions.

Provide training and support to employees on digital transformation initiatives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading digital transformation initiatives across multiple business units.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with digital transformation tools and technologies, including Agile, DevOps, and Cloud.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Certification in digital transformation, such as CDT or CTT.

Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

At Progressive, we offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 MXN to 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive health insurance plan, a retirement plan, and 15 days of paid vacation per year. Our learning and development budget is 10% of salary per year, and we offer a remote work policy that allows employees to work from home up to 3 days per week. 👥 ABOUT THE TEAM

Our digital transformation team consists of 10 members, including consultants, project managers, and IT specialists. We work together closely to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. Our team is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong focus on open communication and continuous learning. We have recently completed several successful digital transformation projects, including the development of a mobile app for our customers and the implementation of a cloud-based customer relationship management system.
