🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at Meta, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients navigate the complexities of digital transformation. You will work closely with our clients' leadership teams to identify areas for improvement and develop customized solutions to address their business needs. Reporting directly to our Director of Digital Transformation, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our clients' success and help shape the future of digital transformation.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for our clients, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, technology, and innovation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet our clients' business needs

- Conduct in-depth analysis of our clients' current digital landscape and identify opportunities for improvement

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital transformation and share your knowledge with the team

- Work closely with our development teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and solutions

- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new clients

- Provide expert advice and guidance on digital transformation, including strategic planning, process improvement, and change management

- Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and training sessions to educate our clients and internal teams on digital transformation best practices

- Collaborate with our research and development team to identify and develop new technologies and solutions

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a strong focus on strategy, technology, and innovation

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven track record of success in digital transformation, with a strong focus on driving business growth and improving operational efficiency

- Expertise in digital marketing, technology, and innovation, with a strong understanding of emerging trends and best practices

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)

- Certification in digital transformation, such as ITIL or Agile, is a plus

- Experience working in a consulting or advisory role, with a focus on digital transformation

- Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as blockchain, AI, and IoT

- Experience working with large-scale software systems and platforms
