šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Consultant ā Retail Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in driving innovation and improving operational efficiency across our retail business. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation and work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategic solutions to optimize business outcomes. Your impact will be felt across the organization, driving growth and customer satisfaction.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve retail operations, leveraging data analysis and technology to drive decision-making.
Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and identify areas for optimization, presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement technology solutions that drive business value.
Design and deliver training programs to retail staff on new technologies and processes.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including retail leaders, IT teams, and business analysts.
Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Identify and prioritize opportunities for business process improvement, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, digital transformation, or a related field.
Proven experience in process improvement and optimization, with a track record of delivering strategic solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze complex data sets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership.
Certification in digital transformation, process improvement, or a related field is a plus.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience working in a retail or grocery store environment, with a deep understanding of the industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Certification in data visualization, business intelligence, or a related field.
