🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Consultant at Walgreens, you will play a critical role in leading the design, implementation, and deployment of digital solutions that transform the customer experience and drive business growth. Reporting to our Head of Digital Transformation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Marketing, and Store Operations, to identify opportunities for digital innovation and develop strategies to address the changing needs of our customers. Your impact will be felt across the organization, as you help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving retail landscape.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and implement digital solutions that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.

Develop and execute strategies to leverage emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and IoT, to improve customer engagement and loyalty.

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and infrastructure.

Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital transformation.

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Develop and manage budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven expertise in digital solution design, implementation, and deployment.

Strong understanding of emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, and IoT.

Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in a related field.

Certification in digital transformation, ITIL, or a related area.

Experience working in the retail sector.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Competitive salary range: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum.
