🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Implementation Lead, you will play a key role in driving the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives in our e-commerce operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and logistics, to design and deploy solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes. You will report to the Head of E-commerce Operations and will be responsible for leading a team of digital transformation specialists.

Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve e-commerce operations, including customer experience, order management, and supply chain efficiency.

Lead a team of digital transformation specialists to design, deploy, and maintain digital solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.

Analyze data to measure the impact of digital transformation initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to ensure the successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop plans to implement those changes.

Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation projects.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure that associates have the skills and knowledge needed to support digital transformation initiatives.

βœ… REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years of experience in a digital transformation or e-commerce operations role.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategies to drive business outcomes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with digital transformation tools and technologies, including cloud computing, big data analytics, and DevOps.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.

Experience with agile development methodologies and scrum frameworks.

Certification in digital transformation or a related field.

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
