🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the integration of aerospace systems using cutting-edge digital technologies. You will report directly to the Head of Systems Integration and will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative digital solutions. Your work will have a significant impact on the success of our aerospace programs and will shape the future of the industry.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to improve the integration of aerospace systems.

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative digital solutions using technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs.

• Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions with existing systems and processes.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.

• Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.

• Establish and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful delivery.

• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with digital transformation initiatives.

• Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards and ensure compliance.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things technologies.

• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to analyze complex technical information and communicate it to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Certification in Digital Transformation or related field.

• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and regulations.

• Strong network of contacts in the aerospace and defense industry.
