🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Lead - Cloud Services for Automotive Industries, you will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of Ford's cloud services, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and strategic goals. You will report to the Head of Digital Transformation and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence. This role is critical in shaping the future of Ford's cloud services and ensuring we remain competitive in the industry.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy for Ford's cloud services, aligning with our business objectives and strategic goals.

• Lead the migration of Ford's existing on-premise systems to cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process automation, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key cloud service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with Ford's requirements.

• Design and implement a robust security framework for Ford's cloud services, ensuring the protection of sensitive data and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and report on the performance of Ford's cloud services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Develop and implement a training program for Ford employees on cloud services, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively utilize the new infrastructure.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, cloud services, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects, with a track record of success in similar roles.

• Strong understanding of cloud service providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure.

• Experience in negotiating contracts with cloud service providers and ensuring compliance with business requirements.

• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Certification in cloud services, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.

• Experience in working with agile methodologies and developing digital solutions that meet business requirements.

• Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to develop actionable insights from data.
