π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our Wealth Management operations in Germany. You will report directly to the Head of Wealth Management Operations and will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that enhance the client experience and drive business growth. This role requires strong leadership and change management skills, as well as the ability to navigate complex organizational and technical environments.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for Wealth Management operations, aligned with the firm's overall digital vision
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to design and implement digital solutions, including process automation, data analytics, and customer engagement platforms
* Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and integration of new digital solutions across the organization
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to inform digital transformation initiatives
* Develop and manage budgets for digital transformation projects, and ensure effective resource allocation
* Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging experimentation and learning from failures
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful partnerships and collaborations
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, change management, or a related field
* Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives in a financial services or related industry
* Strong leadership and change management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational and technical environments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement
* Proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies, such as data visualization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence
* Experience with Agile methodologies and lean principles
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration

* Master's degree in a related field, such as business administration or computer science
* Certification in digital transformation, change management, or a related field
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
* Experience with DevOps methodologies and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker
