π― ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Digital Transformation Leader - E-commerce Retail, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of E-commerce, you will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable digital solutions, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our e-commerce roadmap and ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives.
π KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
β’ Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
β’ Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable digital solutions, leveraging cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Google Cloud.
β’ Collaborate with the product management team to identify and prioritize e-commerce product roadmap features and enhancements.
β’ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform e-commerce strategy and optimize customer experience.
β’ Implement and maintain robust analytics and reporting tools to measure e-commerce performance and inform data-driven decision-making.
β’ Ensure e-commerce systems and processes are scalable, secure, and meet high availability and performance standards.
β’ Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product teams, and external partners.
β’ Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in e-commerce and digital transformation.
β REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital transformation, or related fields, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
β’ Expertise in cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
β’ Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
β’ Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, mobile commerce, and social media, with experience in designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns.
β’ Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and experience in working with agile teams.
β PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
β’ Master's degree in e-commerce, digital transformation, or related fields.
β’ Certification in cloud computing, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
β’ Experience in working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce.
β’ Knowledge of machine learning and AI technologies and experience in integrating them with e-commerce systems.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of β¬60,000 - β¬80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
