🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Digital Transformation Manager for E-Commerce, you'll play a key role in driving the strategic growth and development of our online retail platform. Reporting to the Director of E-Commerce, you'll lead a cross-functional team to design, implement, and measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives that increase customer engagement, drive sales, and improve operational efficiency. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to identify business needs, develop and execute comprehensive plans, and leverage data insights to optimize our e-commerce ecosystem.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors to inform digital transformation strategies.

• Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and boost sales.

• Collaborate with the IT team to design, build, and maintain a seamless and user-friendly e-commerce platform that meets the highest standards of performance, security, and scalability.

• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

• Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to optimize order fulfillment, shipping, and delivery processes to ensure fast, reliable, and cost-effective service.

• Develop and maintain a digital transformation roadmap, including prioritizing initiatives, defining timelines, and allocating resources.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain Kroger's position as a leader in e-commerce.

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the digital transformation team.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving digital transformation initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

• Experience with agile project management methodologies and digital marketing automation tools.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Certification in digital marketing, data analysis, or project management (e.g. Google Analytics, HubSpot, Agile, Scrum).

• Experience with cloud-based e-commerce platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts and applications.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We're offering a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
