🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Program Manager, Cloud Services, you'll be responsible for leading the implementation of cloud-based services to drive business growth and innovation for our clients. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and professional services, to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions. You'll be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects. Your impact will be measured by the successful adoption of cloud services, improved customer satisfaction, and increased revenue growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute comprehensive cloud services strategies to meet business objectives.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud-based solutions, including cloud infrastructure, migration, and managed services.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.

- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.

- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with IBM policies and procedures.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and IBM leadership.

- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise on cloud services to internal stakeholders.

- Stay up-to-date with industry certifications and training to ensure expertise in cloud services.

- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and business cases to support cloud services investments.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7+ years of experience in cloud services, program management, or related field.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale cloud projects, with a focus on customer success.

- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, migration, and managed services.

- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.

- Experience with cloud service providers, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- ITIL or PMP certification.

- Experience with cloud security, compliance, and governance.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
