šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our company's digital transformation journey.
You'll report directly to our Director of Digital Transformation and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic plans to enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and manage digital transformation roadmaps, identifying key initiatives and prioritizing resources.
⢠Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.
⢠Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
⢠Analyze business performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage them in our business.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to support digital transformation initiatives.
⢠Ensure that digital transformation projects align with company goals and objectives.
⢠Conduct regular progress updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.
⢠Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
⢠Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of business outcomes.
⢠Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
⢠Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Asana or Jira.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
⢠Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.
⢠Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
⢠Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.
⢠Certification in a related field, such as ITIL or Agile.
⢠Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
