🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Program Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading our company's digital transformation journey.

You'll report directly to our Director of Digital Transformation and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic plans to enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage digital transformation roadmaps, identifying key initiatives and prioritizing resources.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives.

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital transformation projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

• Analyze business performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to leverage them in our business.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to support digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure that digital transformation projects align with company goals and objectives.

• Conduct regular progress updates and status reports to management and stakeholders.

• Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT, or a related field.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Asana or Jira.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.

• Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure.

• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment.

• Certification in a related field, such as ITIL or Agile.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI, machine learning, or blockchain.
