🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As our new Digital Transformation Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation of our home improvement retail business. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance our customers' online shopping experience. You will report directly to our Senior Vice President of E-commerce and will have a significant impact on our revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital transformation plans to enhance customer experience, drive revenue growth, and improve operational efficiency.

- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new digital capabilities and features.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop digital solutions that meet those needs.

- Work closely with our IT teams to design and implement technical solutions to support our digital transformation initiatives.

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.

- Analyze business metrics and customer feedback to inform digital transformation initiatives and measure their impact.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our digital transformation strategy.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to support our digital transformation initiatives.

- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process improvements.

- Develop and maintain metrics and dashboard to measure the success of our digital transformation initiatives.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 8+ years of experience in a digital transformation leadership role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through digital transformation initiatives.

- Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, mobile commerce, and big data analytics.

- Experience with Agile project management methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.

- Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.

- Certification in digital transformation or related field.

- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
