šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key role in leading cross-functional teams to design and implement digital transformation initiatives that drive business growth, improve customer experience and enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify business needs, develop program plans, and manage project timelines, budgets and resources. Your team will work collaboratively to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and business, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct thorough needs analysis and business case development for digital transformation initiatives, including gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying technical and operational implications, and developing project plans and resource allocation strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs, including developing project charters, conducting stakeholder engagement, and managing project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with senior stakeholders to develop and manage program roadmaps, including prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources and tracking progress.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that all digital solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with JPMorgan Chase's technology architecture and standards.
Develop and maintain project metrics and reports to track progress, identify areas for improvement and inform decision-making.
Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, and that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide coaching, guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality work.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 8 years of experience in program management, preferably in a financial services or technology sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles.
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in project management tools and technologies such as Jira, Asana, MS Project and Agile project management methodologies.
Certifications in program management, such as PMP or Agile PM, would be highly desirable.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization tools, such as Docker.
Certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure Certified Data Scientist.
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in a financial services or technology sector.

Our team is responsible for delivering high-impact digital transformation initiatives that have a tangible impact on our customers and business.
