šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation initiative, focusing on the arts and crafts industry. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation, you will collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute strategic plans, and measure the impact of digital initiatives.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap for Hobby Lobby, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Lead project teams to design and implement digital solutions, including e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and data analytics tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital projects, and allocate resources accordingly.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to ensure seamless implementation and support.
Work closely with the data analytics team to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.
Advanced degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
Expertise in digital transformation, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics tools.
Experience working with arts and crafts industry or related sectors is a plus.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Agile project management methodologies and Jira.
Certification in digital marketing, e-commerce, or data analytics is a plus.
Strong network of contacts in the digital transformation community.
Relevant experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
