🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager at Northwell Health Germany, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop project plans, and implement digital solutions that drive business value. You will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will be part of a dynamic team that is shaping the future of healthcare.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead the planning and execution of digital transformation projects, including project scope definition, project schedule development, and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop project plans that drive business value.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and project status reports.

- Ensure that all projects are executed within scope, on time, and within budget.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop corrective action plans as needed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Provide project management support and guidance to project teams, including training and coaching on project management methodologies and tools.

- Conduct lessons learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for new tools and systems that can improve project delivery and outcomes.

- Collaborate with the Director of Digital Transformation to develop strategic plans and initiatives that drive business value and growth.

- Provide input to the development of the digital strategy, including recommendations on key initiatives, metrics, and timelines.

- Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

- Ensure that all projects are executed in compliance with Northwell Health's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare or technology industry.

- PMP or Agile certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner).

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

- Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry.

- Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira.

- Experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

- Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure.

- Experience with digital transformation initiatives in a healthcare or technology industry.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and GDPR.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

Northwell Health Germany offers a competitive salary range of EUR 50,000 - EUR 80,000 per year, depending on experience.
