🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Project Manager — Latin America Operations, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that improve the customer experience and drive business growth in Mexico. This role will report directly to the Director of Latin America Operations and will work closely with the regional marketing, sales, and operations teams. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital transformation strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that improve the customer experience and drive business growth in Mexico.

- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions, including software development, data analytics, and marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital products and services.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for digital transformation in Mexico.

- Develop and manage digital transformation project plans, budgets, and timelines.

- Ensure all digital transformation projects meet the company's quality, security, and compliance standards.

- Provide regular project updates and status reports to the Director of Latin America Operations and other stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and partners to support digital transformation initiatives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and technologies and make recommendations for adoption in Mexico.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.

- Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies, including software development, data analytics, and marketing campaigns.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

- Fluency in Spanish and English.

- Experience working in Mexico or other Latin American countries is a plus.

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certification in digital transformation, project management, or a related field.

- Experience with digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads.

- Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.

- Experience with software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
