🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping our customers navigate the complex landscape of logistics and supply chain management. You will work closely with our customers, understanding their needs and developing strategic solutions to drive business growth and efficiency. Reporting to our Director of Digital Transformation, you will work as part of a collaborative team, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement digital transformation strategies for our customers, leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT).
• Conduct thorough needs assessments, gathering data and insights to inform solution design and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Provide subject matter expertise on logistics and supply chain management, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for our customers, educating them on best practices and new technologies.
• Analyze customer data and feedback, using this information to refine our solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, serving as a trusted advisor and partner.
✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, including experience with implementation and deployment.
• Strong technical skills in areas such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and IoT.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in presenting to large audiences.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work in a bilingual environment.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms and tools, such as Salesforce and Amazon Web Services.
⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience working in a consulting or advisory role, with a focus on logistics and supply chain management.
• Certification in a relevant area, such as Six Sigma or Project Management Professional.
• Experience working with data analytics tools and platforms, such as Tableau or Power BI.
💰 WHAT WE OFFER
At FedEx, we offer a competitive salary range of 500,000 - 800,000 MXN per year, depending on experience.
