🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

The Digital Transformation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving digital innovation within our Financial Services division. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new digital products and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients. The successful candidate will report to the Director of Digital Transformation and will be responsible for leading projects from concept to delivery. The impact of this role will be significant, as it will help us stay ahead of the competition and maintain our position as a leading bank in Germany.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

. Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders. . Collaborate with business leaders to understand their digital needs and develop solutions to meet those needs. . Design and develop new digital products and services that are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the evolving needs of our clients. . Work closely with IT teams to ensure that new digital products and services are integrated smoothly into our existing technology stack. . Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new digital products and services. . Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth. . Develop and manage digital transformation project plans, timelines, and budgets. . Provide regular progress updates to business leaders and stakeholders. . Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues associated with digital transformation projects. . Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators to measure the success of digital transformation projects. . Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop insights and recommendations that inform digital transformation decisions. . Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and ensure that all digital transformation projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

. 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or a related field. . Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. . Strong understanding of digital transformation principles, practices, and technologies. . Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks. . Excellent communication and presentation skills. . Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Experience with data analytics and visualization tools. . Strong understanding of cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning technologies.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

. Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. . Experience with digital transformation projects in the financial services industry. . Certification in digital transformation, product management, or a related field. . Strong knowledge of German language and culture. .
