šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Digital Transformation Specialist ā Store Operations Enhancement, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and operational efficiency by leveraging digital technologies to enhance store operations. Reporting to the Director of Store Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, design and implement scalable solutions, and analyze results to inform future improvements. Your contributions will have a direct impact on our ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences, increase sales, and improve operational efficiency.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement digital solutions to streamline store operations, such as inventory management, supply chain optimization, and employee productivity tools.
. Collaborate with IT teams to design and deploy technology solutions that meet business needs and align with our digital strategy.
. Conduct thorough analysis of store operations to identify areas of improvement and develop data-driven recommendations for process enhancements.
. Work with store managers and regional leaders to communicate and implement digital solutions, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption to business operations.
. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate store teams on new digital tools and processes, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
. Identify and prioritize business opportunities to leverage digital technologies and drive growth.
. Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of digital solutions and identify areas for continuous improvement.
. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform future digital innovation.
. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine business requirements for digital solutions.
. Develop and manage budgets for digital projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and resource constraints.
. Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing support.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
. 5+ years of experience in store operations, retail management, or a related field with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
. Strong understanding of digital technologies and their applications in retail operations, including inventory management, supply chain optimization, and employee productivity tools.
. Experience with data analysis and reporting, including developing metrics and dashboards to measure business performance.
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, store managers, and regional leaders.
. Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
. Familiarity with IT systems and technology infrastructure, including cloud-based solutions and enterprise software.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
. Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
. Knowledge of retail analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
. Certification in lean six sigma, ITIL, or a related field.
. Experience in a multi-site retail environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and operational efficiency.

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
