As a Digital Transformation Strategist, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of our digital products and services, ensuring they remain innovative, engaging, and aligned with our business goals. Reporting to the Director of Digital Strategy, you will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team that works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to inform and shape our digital vision. Your impact will be felt across our global operations, as you help us stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing landscape. Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering business outcomes that drive growth, enhance customer experience, and establish us as a leader in the digital entertainment sector.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with our business objectives and drive revenue growth
⢠Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform our digital product roadmap and identify opportunities for innovation
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital products and services that meet business needs and exceed customer expectations
⢠Work closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives, ensuring they are aligned with our business goals and resource constraints
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved quality, and enhanced services
⢠Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our digital initiatives and inform future decision-making
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive digital innovation and transformation within our organization
⢠Develop and manage digital transformation budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and ROI
⢠Lead and contribute to digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
⢠Develop and maintain digital transformation policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
⢠Provide coaching and guidance to team members on digital transformation concepts, best practices, and innovative thinking
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠8+ years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, or a related field
⢠Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation projects, with a focus on business outcomes and customer experience
⢠Strong understanding of digital technologies, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and cybersecurity
⢠Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into actionable recommendations
⢠Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and vendors
⢠Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations, finance, and marketing
⢠Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
⢠Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
⢠Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
⢠Certification in digital transformation, data analytics, or a related field (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Analytics, Tableau)
⢠Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Git, JIRA)
⢠Familiarity with cloud-based applications and software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms
⢠Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and industry standards (e.g. NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR)

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
