🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Digital Transformation Strategy Consultant, you will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of Walmart's e-commerce platform. You will work closely with the cross-functional team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization. Your impact will be felt throughout the company, as you contribute to the development of a seamless and omnichannel shopping experience for our customers.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with Walmart's business goals and objectives. Conduct thorough analysis of existing e-commerce platform and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionalities. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and deployment of new technologies. Conduct regular progress updates and report on key performance indicators. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with digital transformation projects. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners. Provide thought leadership and best practices in digital transformation to the Walmart community.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, or related field. Proven track record of leading and executing successful digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Proficient in agile project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. Experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. Certification in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins and Docker. Experience working with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and vacation days.
