🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Director of E-commerce Operations for Germany, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our e-commerce strategy in Germany. This role will oversee the entire e-commerce operation, including website development, digital marketing, logistics, and customer service. You will report directly to the European Regional Manager and will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be crucial in shaping the e-commerce landscape for Five Below in Germany and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for Five Below in Germany, aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.

* Lead the website development and digital marketing efforts, ensuring a high-quality user experience and effective customer engagement.

* Oversee logistics and supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.

* Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.

* Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

* Work closely with the European Regional Manager to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.

* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements.

* Manage a team of e-commerce professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

* Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

* Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and making sound decisions under pressure.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* 8 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

* Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce strategies, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.

* Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and logistics management software.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team of professionals.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions under pressure.

* Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
