🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Director of Financial Modeling and Analysis in our Investment Banking division, you will be responsible for creating complex financial models to help our clients make informed investment decisions. You will work closely with our bankers, traders, and other teams to develop and refine our models, and to communicate your findings to clients and stakeholders. You will report to the Vice President of Financial Modeling and will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of deals and projects.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create complex financial models to estimate company valuations, cash flows, and equity returns.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and to communicate your findings.

Work closely with bankers and traders to develop and refine our models to meet the needs of our clients.

Collaborate with other teams to integrate our models with other systems and processes.

Stay up-to-date with market trends and developments to ensure that our models are accurate and relevant.

Communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10 years of experience in financial modeling and analysis, preferably in investment banking.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as an MBA or PhD.

Expertise in financial modeling tools such as Excel, Python, and R.

Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.

Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders.

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working with databases and data visualization tools.

Certification in financial modeling or a related field.

Fluency in a second language.

Experience working with cloud-based systems.
