šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As the Director of Global Digital Marketing Strategy ā Customer Experience, you will play a critical role in shaping our global digital marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and loyalty. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Digital Marketing, you will lead a cross-functional team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that meet our business objectives. Your impact will be measured by the increase in customer retention, brand awareness, and sales. You will work closely with our global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our digital marketing efforts.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute global digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty through social media, email, and other digital channels.
Lead a cross-functional team to create and deploy digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, paid advertising, and influencer partnerships.
Collaborate with our global marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in our digital marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and implement new strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our global marketing teams, customer service teams, and external partners.
Provide training and support to our store teams on digital marketing best practices and campaigns.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer experience and engagement.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive business results.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing, and other digital channels.
Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a cross-functional team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Certification in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal.
Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or Mandarin.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
