🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As the Director of Global Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of logistics specialists who are responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of food and other goods to customers. You will work closely with our customer success team to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will report directly to our CEO and will be responsible for developing and implementing our global logistics strategy.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement global logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce costs.

Lead a team of logistics specialists to ensure the smooth delivery of food and other goods to customers.

Work closely with our customer success team to identify areas for improvement and implement new processes and technologies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new business initiatives.

Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our logistics operations.

Identify and implement new technologies and tools to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

10+ years of experience in logistics or operations management.

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, engineering, or supply chain management.

Proven track record of success in leading teams and developing and implementing strategies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Fluent in German and English.

Master's degree in a related field.

Certification in logistics or supply chain management.

Experience with cloud-based logistics platforms.

Familiarity with German labor laws and regulations.
