🎯 ROLE OVERVIEW

As Director of Operations for our German market expansion, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our operations across Germany. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our business strategy, managing a team of operations professionals, and ensuring seamless execution of our security and facility services.

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement the business strategy for Allied Universal's German market expansion, including market research, competitor analysis, and target identification

• Build and manage a high-performing team of operations professionals, including recruitment, training, and performance management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, including sales, marketing, and customer service

• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

• Analyze and improve operational efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing customer satisfaction

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our services

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions

• Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports

✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 8+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the security and facility services industry

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of German labor laws and regulations

• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and financial management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in stakeholder management and customer service

⭐ PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the security and facility services industry

• Experience in market research and competitor analysis

• Knowledge of industry-specific software and technology

• Experience in project management and implementation

💰 WHAT WE OFFER

We offer a competitive salary ranging from €50,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
