šÆ ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Disney Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in leading the development of our UK retail strategy, working closely with our cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that drive growth and profitability. Reporting to our Director of Retail Operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our UK retail landscape, identifying opportunities for strategic growth and innovation, and collaborating with our technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills, with a focus on driving business outcomes and improving our overall performance.
š KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our UK retail landscape, including market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity.
⢠Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to design and implement business solutions that drive growth and profitability, including the development of strategic plans, business cases, and project proposals.
⢠Lead the development of our UK retail strategy, working closely with our technical teams to design and implement solutions that meet our business needs.
⢠Work closely with our Director of Retail Operations to establish and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of our UK retail strategy.
⢠Collaborate with our technical teams to design and implement solutions to improve our overall performance, including the development of dashboards, reports, and analytics.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our cross-functional teams, technical teams, and external partners.
⢠Provide thought leadership and guidance to our teams on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
⢠Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes and improve our overall performance.
⢠Collaborate with our technical teams to design and implement solutions to improve our data quality and governance.
⢠Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our UK retail data, including data architecture, data governance, and data quality.
⢠Collaborate with our technical teams to design and implement solutions to improve our data analytics and reporting.
⢠Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including our cross-functional teams, technical teams, and external partners.
⢠Provide thought leadership and guidance to our teams on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices.
ā REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠8+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on retail strategy, business development, and leadership.
⢠Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or a related field.
⢠Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, advertising, and promotions.
⢠Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
⢠Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
⢠Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams.
ā PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
⢠10+ years of experience in a related field, with a focus on retail strategy, business development, and leadership.
⢠Experience working in the retail industry, with a focus on strategy development and implementation.
⢠Strong understanding of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices, including artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
⢠Experience with data governance and quality, including data architecture and data governance.
⢠Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting, including data visualization and storytelling.
š° WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
